Product Owner (f/m/x) - Merchant Self-Service

We look for a talented, passionate and collaborative Solution Manager to broaden our Payment Acceptance business (Acquiring), especially for merchant-onboarding and self-service. 

RBI and its payment acceptance business is a leading provider in the region from large to small merchants, both in the offline and online world. We continue to invest strongly in our people, products and technology and this role holder will become a critical team member to shape the way forward. 

This role will be accountable to shape and implement the merchant self-service across several Central / Eastern European markets (Network Banks).

 

Your mission at RBI 

 

  • Build up a strategy around merchant-onboarding and self-service capabilities 

  • Collaborate close with our IT-Teams and Shared-Service Centers for the technical implementation 

  • Ownership of the merchant-onboarding services 

  • Coordinate with Network Banks the go-to-market strategy 

  • Have full responsibility for creating, prioritizing and refining the backlog for the team 

 

Your core competencies 

 

  • Work experience as product owner or product manager in an international environment 

  • Knowledge in agile methods  

  • Sound communication skills in English to negotiate with different stakeholders from Headoffice, different Network Banks and external partners 

  • Passionate about Customer Centricity and process optimizations 

 

Nice to have  

 

  • Work experience with Confluence/Jira 

  • Being capable of having high level discussions around IT architectures relevant to system integrations
