Product Owner Customer Data Management System (f/m/x)

We are seeking for an experienced Product Owner for development and enhancement of a new  customer data management system and maintenance of the existing legacy systems.  Our aim is to create a robust and flexible  single-source-of-truth for all group-relevant masterdata

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Jointly develop and communicate the product vision and strategy together with the Business Owner
  • Define, prioritize and steer the product backlog
  • Act as a triangle together with the Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, enabling an efficient and effective delivery in an agile set up closely with cross-RBI group development teams 
  • Align and prioritize all innovation topics with various domain experts and stakeholders while considering the vision of a single-source-of-truth for customer master data system and company´s goals
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and product development
  • Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • General knowledge of the customer masterdata,  key functions and obligations of customer masterdata management or similar
  • Experience as Product Owner, applying agile mindset and methods in an agile environment
  • Communication Skills:  effective communication with various stakeholders, including the development team, customers, and business leaders
  • Analytical Thinking: ability to analyze customer feedback, business needs to make informed decisions about the product.
  • Decision-Making: ability to make critical decisions about product features, priorities, and releases
  • Leadership: leadership of the product development effort, motivating the team and ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Very good command of English (German is an advantage)
