Product Owner - Raiffeisen Streaming Platform (f/m/x)

You will serve as Product Owner for our Raiffeisen Streaming Platform, built on Apache Pulsar and Kubernetes in the cloud.

Your role is to define the platform vision, set goals and KPIs, and prioritize tasks for the implementation team while supporting our “You build it, you run it” approach. Building strong relationships with Delivery Teams will help you understand needs and maximize the platform’s value.

Your mission at RBI:

• Manage product responsibility for the Raiffeisen Stream Platform.
• Use metrics and user feedback to drive ongoing product improvements and scale the platform.
• Serve as the main point of contact and representative for your product.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan and maintain the product roadmap.
• Identify technology trends and opportunities aligned with RBI IT Strategy.
• Enhance developer experience and expand customer self-service.
• Monitor product performance to ensure sustainable platform growth.

Your core competencies:

• 5+ years’ experience managing IT platforms
• Proven track record in project and product delivery, especially in agile settings
• Strong product management skills within agile environments
• In-depth understanding of modern IT platforms
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills for working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• German and English fluency required
