Professional Certificates & Retail Bonds Sales for the Polish Market (f/m/x)

Your role at RBI:

• Oversee the sales coverage of distribution partners (e.g., retail banks) and institutional clients in Poland for the issuance of tailor-made certificates and retail bonds. Expand the business with existing partners and acquire new clients.
• Be responsible for the public distribution of stock exchange listed certificates in Poland. This includes servicing Polish brokers, increasing the turnover and market share of Raiffeisen Certificates at Warsaw Stock Exchange and representing the product at conferences, roadshows and in the media.
• Deliver excellent service by professionally guiding distribution partners through the entire product life cycle of tailor-made certificates and retail bonds.
• Provide valuable input for product development, enhancement, and improvement based on clients feedback and needs.
• Create market and product-specific analyses, as well as  client pitch presentations.

Your core competencies:

• Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a university/university of applied sciences
• Proficient in both Polish and English
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the investment products market in Poland
• High client orientation with a solution-focused mindset  and proactive approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to learn and a structured approach to work
