Professional Controller (f/m/x)

This position is located in the department of Group Financial Steering, which belongs to the division Group Financial Reporting & Steering (CFO Area). It provides an excellent opportunity to participate on strategic financial steering of group wide business line and work on interesting, creative and impactful projects.

Your role at RBI:

• You will act as a Finance single point of contact and business partner for group wide business line
• You will have a detailed understanding of, cooperate with and provide the support to respective business line
• You will provide the deep dive analysis and steering impulses to senior and top management with aim to improve the financial performance of respective business line
• You will represent Finance in strategic projects and activities of respective business line
• On top of that you will work on different ad-hoc strategic topics and projects related to financial steering in general
• You will cooperate on budgeting and forecasting
• You will cooperate with departments responsible for improvement of controlling methods and processes

Your core competencies:

• Completed degree in Business and Economics and similar
• Relevant working experience in the finance area, business steering, strategy or consulting
• Advanced analytical skills, quick understanding and ability to identify business contexts
• Strategically agile; ahead thinking, curious and eager to act in a highly demanding environment 
• Very good communication skills and capability to explain concepts and methods in English to people with different professional backgrounds. German and other languages are a plus
• Team player with a knack for simplifying complex issues, eager to learn and adapt in a multicultural setting.

Nice To Have:

• Programming skills are an advantage (e.g., R, Python, or SQL)
