Professional Special Exposures Manager Network Units (f/m/x)

Your mission at RBI

 

  • Support the SEM Country Manager in managing non-retail portfolios, including issuing recommendations for local applications, presenting to decision-makers, and collaborating with workout colleagues across network units
  • Steer the development and management of higher-risk portfolios
  • Fulfil workout targets and contribute to the governance and improvement of the SEM group function
  • Gather and manage qualitative workout information driven by stakeholder requests, including those from management, regulators, and auditors
  • Drive innovation in workout processes and structures through digital transformation initiatives
  • Stay current with regulatory developments impacting non-performing loans and risk cost management

 

Your core competencies

 

  • Work experience in lending within banking, leasing, or financial advisory roles, specially in loan workout, financial analysis, credit risk management, corporate business activities, or product management
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Adaptability, rapid learning ability, and a confident, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with non-performing loan management and specific regulatory topics
  • Familiarity with insolvency, bankruptcy, and banking law concepts
  • Willingness to travel
  • German language
