RBI Group Executive Recruiter - 18 months contract (f/m/x)

With an ambition to shape and strengthen RBI culture, we are looking for a Group Executive Recruiter for a fixed duration of 18 months. In this role you will be empowered to develop and deliver executive talent acquisition operation and strategy. Your responsibility will be to own and drive the executive search agenda across the group of companies with direct exposure to the RBI Group Board Members as key stakeholders.

 

Your mission at RBI

 

  • Lead full-cycle structured hiring processes for top senior management roles at RBI AT and board positions in our network banks and subsidiaries
  • Build trusted partnerships with RBI’s board of management and other senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and establish comprehensive search profiles
  • Conduct targeted searches for top-tier candidates across Austria & CEE
  • Manage candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Acting as project lead for each search, build, maintain and collaborate closely with relevant search partners 
  • Utilize creative and innovative sourcing tools to find the best talent
  • Introduce and manage assessment and feedback tools for the candidates in line with RBI Leadership Model
  • Create and maintain a group-wide internal candidate and succession pools for RBI’s top executive roles
  • Develop forward-thinking recruiting strategies to continually engage a diverse and robust pipeline of candidates
  • Ensure that the executive recruiting processes are running in accordance with D&I principles to achieve D&I company goals 
  • Collaborate with other HR experts and operations teams to enhance internal knowledge and practices

 

Your core competencies

 

  • You have an HR related academic background or extensive professional experience
  • Several years of experience in C-level recruiting, ideally including some years in a large corporate setting
  • Proven success in international recruitment, ideally in the CEE region
  • Knowledge and track record in diversity sensitive recruiting
  • Enhanced advisory skills for senior leaders on talent decisions with a collaborative approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player with expertise in strategic recruiting
  • High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German or a CEE language will be considered as an advantage

  • Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges starts at 61.800 Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
