Regulatory Reporting Specialist (f/m/x)
The Group Risk Data & Regulatory Reporting division oversees regulatory reporting, risk data management, and business architecture. We seek individuals skilled in transforming data into information. Group Regulatory Reporting focuses on creating efficient data processing tools for quality reports. Increasing data demands require identifying relevant data points within internal systems and ensuring timely data access to maintain compliance. This creates a challenging environment with continuous innovation and operations.
Your role at RBI:
- Deliver reports in the areas of prudential, resolution, and statistical reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform data analysis for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities, translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements and continuously enhance existing data chains to optimize reporting processes.
- Actively support a variety of cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with teams and departments across the organization.
Your core competencies:
- Experience working with data in a professional environment, ideally involving regulatory topics, finance, or analytics.
- Ability to interpret financial, risk‑related, or regulatory information and apply regulatory guidelines in practice.
- Practical experience using data processing tools such as Excel and SQL for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting, risk concepts, data models, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., capital requirements, EBA reporting, OeNB Data Model).
- Experience contributing to or coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Skills in process automation or data workflow scripting (e.g., Python, R) are welcome.
- Ability to learn regulatory topics on the job and work with evolving data and reporting requirements.
