Relationship Manager (f/m/x) - Institutional Clients

Join us as a Relationship Manager (f/m/x) - Institutional Clients, where you’ll support strategic initiatives, client acquisitions, and data-driven sales efforts while collaborating closely with senior management.
Your mission at RBI:
Support Senior Relationship Manager with:
- Clients / country / product strategy and account planning at the RBI group level
- Client acquisitions
- Evaluation and application of data analysis provided by Business Intelligence (Business Analytics) to enhance cross-selling and up-selling
- Group-wide sales initiatives
- Close collaboration with Business Management and major IC stakeholders
- Allocation of limits to relevant product areas and subsidiaries considering a sustainable risk / return perspective within the RBI Group
- Reviewing legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions
Your core competencies:
- Successfully completed studies in finance or equivalent
- First work experience (internships, traineeships) in the financial industry, preferably within Institutional Clients or risk management
- Italian native level, proficient in English and German; knowledge of other language is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS365 is essential (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong desire to learn in an interesting and challenging environment
- Team player with high level of customer orientation
- Proven sensitivity in both work and client settings
- Experience studying or working abroad would be an asset
- Effective communication and presentation skills, sales orientation, analytical and result-driven
Nice to Have:
- Bloomberg/Thomson Reuters knowledge of advantage
