Scrum Master (f/m/x)
The Athena team is responsible to deliver and operate a customer masterdata management solution, serving local and RBI group needs. We enable more than 100 data consumers across RBI Group real-time data access applying state-of-the-art architecture patterns.
Your mission at RBI
- Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional Athena team, consisting of RBI HO and RBRO.
- Coordinate and organize the communication, collaborate across hierarchies with teams in head office and RBI Networkbanks in CEE
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-functional and cross-border innovation and delivery
- Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
- Support and coach the Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing demands in the central data backlog
- Work in a highly motivated, agile team with excellent team spirit
Your core competencies:
- Work experience as Scrum Master or project manager in large environments.
- Experience with SCRUM or other agile methods in corporate set ups
- Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Enable the teams with an analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
- Fluent in English to be able to communicate with the network units in the CEE region

- Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
