Scrum Master (f/m/x) for Limit Management System

Limit Management System is a non-customer facing product and a significant element of RBI’s strategy to become most recommended bank in CEE. In that context the product is a new green field development fully in-house by leveraging credit risk synergies and an innovative tech stack. As new Scrum Master you will have external and internal support to empower the different teams in the best way and continuously improve the agile set up.
Your mission at RBI
- Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional tribe consisting of 4 teams
- Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership and support the team in establishing sound operations
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery
- Focus on team health and open communication, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
- Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
- Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
Your core competencies
- Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
- Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
- Experienced in agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
- People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
- Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts from 65.000,- EUR (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
