Senior Associate Fund Finance (f/m/x)

Your mission at RBI

   Under the guidance of department head and/or senior team members:

  • Contribute to structuring, executing, and monitoring Fund Finance transactions, emphasizing deal execution, maintaining  high quality standards, and contributing to the generation of fee and net margin income in consideration of sound risk/return ratios.
  • Manage  the complete project lifecycle and to coordinate with both internal (risk, legal, operations, etc.) and external (borrowers, legal counsels, syndicate banks, etc.) parties as required.
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of Fund Finance transactions, including preparing pitch books, mandate letters, term sheets, client proposals, legal documentation, due diligence, credit applications and post-closing monitoring.
  • Ensure the delivery and maintenance of high-quality customer service and satisfaction , mitigation of  any issues or risks, and position  RBI as customers’ first choice for Fund Finance services.


Your core competencies

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar
  • Experience in a comparable position (Fund Finance, NBFI, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, Project and Structured Finance, M&A)
  • Fluency in English, additional European language preferred (not essential)
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Flexible and proactive personality with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic market environment
  • High motivation and “hands-on” mentality
  • Team player with effective communication skills
