Senior Business Analyst for Cash Management / Payments and Value Added Services (f/m/x)

Our product stream “Cash Management / PVAS – Payments & Value Added Services” is the “heart of banking operations” providing state-of-the-art Cash Management solutions and delivering superior customer experience. “PVAS” consists of 35 highly skilled and enthusiastic colleagues from Business and IT and works closely together with several international vendors and stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in modernizing and transforming our payment landscape by supporting the replacement and enhancement of multiple core payment applications within our infrastructure.
Your mission at RBI:
- Acquire in-depth understanding of the existing payment landscape and create comprehensive requirements
- Perform structured system analysis and effort estimations
- Understand and analyze the capabilities of vendor solutions and identify gaps to our requirements
- Facilitate requirements workshops
- Analyze and document business requirements / change requests / business processes, take part in feasibility studies
- Closely cooperate with various stakeholders in the Raiffeisen Group
- Support development and test teams during implementation
- Define and implement methodologies and best practices
- Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement
Your core competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Administration/Economics, or equivalent
- Proven experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
- In depth knowledge of Payments and Cash Management processes and message formats
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, high commitment, and motivation
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Fluent in English to collaborate in an international environment
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with agile working environment and software proficiency (Jira & Confluence)
- Experiences in testing of applications and APIs
- SQL and Scripting skills
- German or CEE languages

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges starts at 80.000 Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience
