Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and a group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
  • Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process
  • Coach leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies and interventions, as well as measure their impact on the overall organizational culture
  • Collaborate with People, Culture and Organization teams to align cultural initiatives with the overall people strategy, learning opportunities, performance management, and transformation efforts


Your core competencies:

 

  • University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate
  • Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
  • Mature personality, able to provide guidance to senior leaders, and adept at building trustful relationships across all business levels
  • Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment
  • Team player with excellent organization, follow-through, and a supportive nature
