Your mission at RBI:

Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and a group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change
Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process
Coach leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies and interventions, as well as measure their impact on the overall organizational culture
Collaborate with People, Culture and Organization teams to align cultural initiatives with the overall people strategy, learning opportunities, performance management, and transformation efforts

Your core competencies:

University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate
Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
Mature personality, able to provide guidance to senior leaders, and adept at building trustful relationships across all business levels
Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment
Team player with excellent organization, follow-through, and a supportive nature
