Senior Manager, AI & Automation Operations (f/m/x)

The Automation and AI Manager in the division People Culture and Organization ensures that AI and Automation is introduced within the people function of RBI group in a human- and customer-centric manner – while working in an Agile Team - thereby closely aligning tools and methodologies with relevant stakeholders. Your role will be to ensure smooth implementation and operations and contribute strategically to the overall transformation. The plan is to start in RBI Head Office with the vision of scaling across RBI group to form a well-connected and lively community working together hand in hand.

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Focus on Automation / AI within the people function to bring it to a new level.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide leadership for automation and the usage of AI within the division.
  • Work with IT colleagues in an Agile setup and contribute from business and technical perspective to various initiatives such as process automation, document management and people self-services.
  • Work together with the AI transformation in Head office and local  counterparts in the Network Banks to support value generation and exchange of Automation and AI expertise.
  • Mentor our internal talents in acquiring Automation and AI skills.
  • Ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations (Eu AI Act, GDPR).

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Experience in process analysis, process mining and digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools, for example DataBricks  (preferred), Power Automate, Python; willingness and ability to quickly learn additional tools and methodologies.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions and business value.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills for audiences at all organizational levels, experience in stakeholder management, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in AI and a clear understanding of how AI can impact and improve business processes.

 

Nice to have:
