Senior in Financial Steering/ Controlling (f/m/x)
This position is located in the department of Group Financial Steering, which belongs to the division Group Financial Reporting & Steering (CFO Area). It provides an excellent opportunity to participate on strategic financial steering of group wide business line and work on interesting, creative and impactful projects.
Your role at RBI:
- Act as a key finance business partner for RBI Austria and selected business lines (groupwide).
- Analyze financial performance and identify key business drivers.
- Prepare management reporting and steering analyses for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Challenge business initiatives and investment proposals from a financial perspective.
- Contribute to the further development of financial steering methodologies and reporting.
- Drive ad-hoc analyses and support strategic decision-making.
Your core competencies:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in banking, controlling, financial steering, treasury or risk management.
- Strong analytical mindset and good understanding of banking business models.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise way.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are considered an asset
- Fluent English skills, German is an advantage

- Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
