Social Media Manager (f/m/x)
The DCA & Data (the A stands for Avengers) department is on a mission to transform RBI’s digital marketing and grow our customer base. From mobile marketing, over digital campaigns and product marketing to social media, our natural habitat is the digital universe.

What you can expect:
- You will work closely with different stakeholders within the RBI group, focusing on the Austrian market, to support their social media & content strategy. You will be the driving force in creating engaging content, reporting and community management.
- You will translate campaigns into meaningful content for our social media community, focusing on both B2C and B2B customers.
- You will get the chance to create content yourself and be the voice to our customers/stakeholders, contributing to achieving different objectives.
- Your analytical approach to Social Media will help foster the synergies of paid and organic posts and allow you to allocate our Social Media spend in the most profitable way.
- You will join our multicultural team, profiting from insights of other disciplines such as performance marketing, data and digital product marketing and contribute to up our marketing game with your Social Media skills.
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Online Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing Social Media accounts, with initial work experience in finance/banking
- Strong affinity for Social Media marketing across various platform as well as a creative mind for driving content strategy and content planning
- Understanding of digital product acquisition funnels, conversion rates, various conversion actions and campaign tracking of digital campaigns as well as strategic knowledge of how social media ties into the overall (digital) marketing mix
- Experience in running sponsored posts and savvy navigation in different ads management tools
- Great analytic skills paired with a fundamental understanding of usability criteria and website evaluation
- Curious and proactive mindset, staying on top of industry standards, hashtag trends, and national/international campaigns with a focus on the greater good
- Data-driven approach and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent in German (C2) and proficiency in English (min. C1)
