Software Sourcing Manager (f/m/x)

We are searching for a new colleague in the RBI Procurement Category Management team. The searched role “Sourcing Manager” is supporting the Headoffice Category Managers Software and Business Applications to implement procurement strategy, manage vendors and contract.  

Your Mission at RBI: 

• Support the Group Category Managers Software and Business Applications in implementing  their respective procurement strategy and vendor management 
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and conduct price negotiations to secure optimal conditions. 
• Coordinate and carry out procurement activities from the operational purchasing task portfolio and accompany all routine tasks 
• Actively manage software and related services contracts and ensure compliance to regulations and policies. 
• Support the optimization of operational purchasing procedures for the respective procurement category.  
• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research and establishment of local or sub-regional frame contracts.  

Your Core Competencies: 

• Procurement expertise - preferably in IT/software procurement   
• Business and / or legal background  
• Experienced in negotiating and implementing supply contracts 
• Skilled in stakeholder management  
• Excellent command of English, German beneficial
