Solution Architect (f/m/x) GenAI Engineering Platform

Your mission:

Lead and drive the end-to-end design and architectural vision for our GenAI Engineering platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation
Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and AI-driven capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, SREs, and product owners to translate complex requirements into robust, maintainable solutions
Oversee integration strategies across AI models, data services, event-driven systems, enterprise platforms and cloud-native architectures
Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions, design patterns, and system optimization
Ensure alignment of platform architecture with security, compliance, and operational excellence principles

Core Competencies:

Extensive experience in software architecture, solution design, and technical leadership, preferably in AI, cloud, or data-intensive platforms
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Proven experience in Python and familiarity with GenAI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional, agile teams in complex technical environments
Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or CEE languages are a plus
