Solution Architect (f/m/x) GenAI Engineering Platform

Your mission:

 

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end design and architectural vision for our GenAI Engineering platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and AI-driven capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, SREs, and product owners to translate complex requirements into robust, maintainable solutions
  • Oversee integration strategies across AI models, data services, event-driven systems, enterprise platforms and cloud-native architectures
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions, design patterns, and system optimization
  • Ensure alignment of platform architecture with security, compliance, and operational excellence principles

 

Core Competencies:

 

  • Extensive experience in software architecture, solution design, and technical leadership, preferably in AI, cloud, or data-intensive platforms
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven experience in Python and familiarity with GenAI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional, agile teams in complex technical environments
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or CEE languages are a plus
