Solution Architect (f/m/x)

The Solution Architect drives and leads the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple products and teams.

In the Agile Delivery Client Coverage, we are responsible for a range of customer masterdata solutions for clients. You act as a crucial bridge between different technologies as well as between technology and business by transforming complex requirements into efficient, scalable, and modern solutions.

This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation to transform and future-proof the technical environment and landscape.

Your Mission at RBI

• Lead the transformation of existing infrastructure and systems by implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve our operations.
• Create concepts, visualizations, and designs for E2E solutions in both legacy and new technologies, with a focus on resilience, performance, and security.
• Promote collaboration and consensus among various stakeholders by negotiating and advocating for solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• Ensure the successful introduction of new systems and technologies.
• Create a vision together with management and act as a sparring partner in transforming the area and driving technology renewal.

Your Core Competencies

• Professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
• Solid foundation in information technology, software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with various AI tools or LLMs in a work context.
• Motivation to continuously learn and work at a strategic level.
• Highly customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and ability to drive change and innovation.
• Experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus.

• Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
