Solution Designer (f/m/x)
As a Solution Designer, you will leverage your technical expertise and visionary mindset to architect and deliver End-to-End solutions. You will act as the crucial bridge between different technologies as well as between technology and business, transforming complex requirements into efficient, scalable solutions. Your role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to lead and inspire teams in a tribe.
Your profile:
- Solution-Oriented and End-to-End Design: Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and implement innovative, comprehensive solutions from start to finish.
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of technical concepts and principles, including GEOS, SWIFT, APIs, cloud architectures, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern infra-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Drive for technology renewal, bring legacy to state of the art tech stack.
- Application Design: Proven experience in designing scalable applications, both in legacy as well as cutting-edge technologies, with a focus on resilience, performance, and security.
- IT Background: Strong foundation in information technology, encompassing software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management. Proficient in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C#) and frameworks, as well as modern front-end technologies (React, Angular).
- Financial Knowledge: Good understanding of banking and securities; GEOS experience is a plus. Familiarity with financial industry regulations, risk management, and financial transaction systems is advantageous.
