Student Job (f/m/x) - AI & Automation Support in Cash Management (25 h/week)

As a student in our team you will support us in bringing software development, AI, and automation capabilities into our daily work. You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and AI-driven innovation, contributing to internal use cases that improve the way we work in Cash Management.

These tasks are waiting for you

 

  • Support the setup and maintenance of a central Git repository for sharing:
    • Skills and reusable components
    • AI agents and prompts
    • Documentation and best practices
    • Basic internal AI setup and enablement material
  • Help colleagues use tools such as Visual Studio Code and GitHub Copilot effectively
  • Support the team in identifying manual tasks that can be automated with AI or scripting
  • Develop small internal tools, prototypes, or applications to replace manual processes
  • Contribute to internal AI and automation use cases within Cash Management
  • Structure and document reusable solutions so they can be shared across the team
  • Support colleagues in understanding and applying development, Git, and AI basics
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Gain practical experience in banking, cash management, agile delivery, and AI-supported work methods

 

 

Your core competencies

 

  • Currently enrolled in a university program related to IT & software engineering or a similar field
  • Basic software development skills, ideally with experience in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar
  • First experience with Git and Git-based collaboration platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and practical application of large language models in daily business work
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and share knowledge with others
  • Good command of English; German is a plus
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and GitHub Copilot is a strong plus
