Student Job (f/m/x) - AI Governance Support (25 h/week)

The AI Governance Team, within the Group Advanced Analytics & AI division, is responsible for ensuring that AI use cases across the RBI Group meet regulatory, ethical, and internal governance standards. Our team drives topics such as AI Committee (AICO) preparation, documentation quality, policy alignment, and the implementation of AI governance procedures across the Group.

Your role with us on the team

• Supporting preparation tasks for the AI Committee (AICO), including collecting agenda, preparing meeting minutes, consolidating and reviewing documentation.
• Assisting in maintaining and improving documentation standards for AI use cases, governance artifacts, and compliance evidence.
• Monitoring updates in the Database and performing quality checks
• Supporting alignment of AI use cases with internal AI policies, the EU AI Act, and RBI governance requirements.
• Assisting with presentations, summaries, and communication materials for various stakeholders.
• Supporting change management activities and awareness initiatives related to AI Governance.

Your core competencies

• You are actively enrolled at a university, ideally in business, law, data science, economics, or a related field with interest in AI and/or governance topics.
• You are fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• You have a basic understanding and strong interest in AI, regulatory frameworks, or governance processes.
• You are comfortable using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of Confluence or Jira is a plus.
• You enjoy working with documentation, structure, and processes.
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
• You are a strong communicator and team player.
