Student Job (f/m/x) - AI/ML Teaching Assistant (20h-25h/week)

The Data Science Academy (DSA) team is responsible for upskilling colleagues - both beginners and experts - on the latest advances in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. The team designs and delivers self paced and in person courses, writes technical articles, and develops coding examples as practical guiding blueprints. Their mission is to provide high quality training, explore new technologies, and code reusable solution guides. To further strengthen the team, we are looking for a Student Support (f/m/x) to support our learners throughout their machine learning upskilling journey.
At a glance:
- Start: as soon as possible
- Working hours: 20h-25h/week
- Location: 1190 Vienna (on site)
What you can expect:
- Assist with creating new courses
- Back teaching by answering technical questions – including during classes
- Help composing coding exercises and creating learning activities in the field of AI and Data Science
- Support the knowledge management team in creating technical articles and learning material
- Aid colleagues implement software by creating code samples, templates, and blueprints
What you bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, IT, or similar
- Strong interest in research and teaching
- Fluent knowledge of English, German an advantage
- Strong in written and oral communication
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Power Point, Word), SharePoint, & JIRA an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
