Student Job (f/m/x) - Administrative Support for Scrum Masters (20h/week)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting agile teams? We are looking for a dedicated Student Support to assist our three Scrum Masters with administrative and logistical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our agile teams.
These Tasks are waiting for you:
- Organizational Support: Set up calendars, book rooms, and manage schedules with precision
- Workshop Support: Assist Scrum Masters in organizing and facilitating workshops, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings as needed and take comprehensive meeting notes to support team documentation and follow-ups
We are looking for someone who:
- Is activly studying at a university or university for applied sciences
- is highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Reliable and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira and Confluence is a plus but not required
