Student Job (f/m/x) - Administrative Support in Category Group Procurement (20 h/week)
The department of Category Procurement is responsible for managing, sourcing, and negotiating the purchase of a category of goods or services but also manage risks, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The goal is to ensure the company gets the best possible value and efficiency from its purchases within a specific category. We closely interact with our internal and Austrian small entities stakeholders, collaborate permanently with banking business, security and IT experts.

These tasks are waiting for you:
- Support of ongoing procurement projects done by RBI: Facilitating the information flow, and efficient cooperation with different departments over the necessary documents and vendor assessments. Communication with vendors.
- Document Organization: Assist the team by maintaining and organizing templates and contracts within our systems. Identify and implement an efficient contract management process that logically and accessibly organizes, classifies, and catalogs documents, including those with regulatory relevance.
- Document Retrieval: Facilitate quick and accurate retrieval of documents for various departments, projects, and stakeholders, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Ensure that contractual documents are signed by stakeholders.
- Version Control: Monitor and track document versions to ensure the latest revisions are consistently available while maintaining a proper version history. Assure that approval workflows are processed efficiently and adequately documented.
- Collaboration and communication in a multinational banking group with our Procurement colleagues and small entities.
Your core competencies
- You are an active student, preferably in IT, business administration or similar
- Very good knowledge of English, good German
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work both independently and in a team environment
