Student Job (f/m/x) - Asstistant Retail Customer Growth (20 h/week)

Your role with us on the team  

• Travel Management Support: Booking flight tickets&accommodation, travel reimbursement 
• Support in Organizing Events: ordering supplies for participants support, printing service, greeting participants and assisting during the event
• Support in onboarding/offboarding of newcomers and consultants: Regular communication with Procurement/HR/IT Department/ID Department, meet& greet newcomers on their first day, providing them with equipment
• Office management support: maintain office common areas and keep archive and other storages well organized
• Support in Managing requests/tasks on (Service Now, IDM, e-Procure, SAP)

• You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Your written and oral English skills are very good
