B2B Marketing & Events is looking for active students (f/m/x) to work 25h to support developing, planning and implementing innovative Events and Marketing Activities for RBI and our customers.

Your role with us on the team 

 

  • You will support to develop, plan and implement innovative and exclusive customer events (virtual/hybrid/physical) 
  • You will coordinate the nomination and invitation process
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders within the RBI Group
  • You will support to brainstorm new event concepts and improve existing events
  • You will support to develop and run groupwide 360° B2B campaigns, promotions and other engagement measures for customer retention purposes or customer acquisitions 
  • You will work together with the Shared Service teams “Brand & Content”, “Digital Customer Acquisition & Data” and “Marketing technology” team to foster a data-driven approach to optimization within the Group Marketing division
  • You will join our multicultural team

 

 

This job is made for you, if…

 

  • Ongoing studies in Events, Marketing, Media or Communications (ideally in the Bachelor Studies)
  • Good communication skills, fluent in German and English 
  • Interest or Experience in event management and in project management  
  • Structured approach to organize yourself 
  • Strong team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment 
  • Proactiveness and initiative, independent and result-oriented attitude, strong commitment and motivation
  • Good Knowledge of MS-Office tools such as Powerpoint and Excel
  • Professional appearance in customer/guest contact
  • Able to handle stress situations 

 

 

Plus:

 

  • Some experience in gastronomy and tourism 
  • Passionate about to-do-lists, events, marketing, brands and communication
  • Interest in financial topics
