Student Job (f/m/x) - Business Intelligence Support with Microsoft Power BI skills (25 h/week)
Are you skilled at data visualization and helping users make better decisions?
Join RBI’s Business Intelligence (BI) team. We run and develop the Group-wide BI platform and community, enabling governed self-service analytics with tools like Power BI. You will support users building modern reports, improving documentation and best practices, and helping onboard colleagues into the BI ecosystem.

What you can expect
- Creating dashboards and reports together with our BI experts and our business partners
- Supporting onboarding of business users into BI tools and platforms, including first steps and orientation
- Assisting in the creation of best practices, user guides, reports, dashboards, data products, and BI use cases and rollout to our users
- Providing first-level support for BI end users (e.g. Power BI, dashboards, reports)
- Supporting the BI team in managing and maintaining Power BI templates and reusable BI assets
- Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation in Wiki / Confluence (how-to, guidelines, FAQs)
- Supporting initiatives around MS Copilot for BI, modern analytics features and lakehouses
- Contributing to BI governance activities (standards, usage guidelines, structure)
- Actively supporting communication and collaboration within the BI community across the RBI Group
What you bring to the table
- You are currently enrolled at a university in data science, business informatics, software engineering, finance or related studies
- You are fluent in English; German is an advantage

You have a strong interest in Business Intelligence and analytics and first hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar, including a sense for clear and appealing visualizations
- You have basic programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, R, API, Shell, Bash in combination with GitHub and AI)
- You have first experience with Databases, SQL is a must (MS SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, ...)

You are curious about AI‑driven analytics and enjoy working with tools like Copilot or other AI solutions
- You are interested or have first experience with Databricks (Lakehouse)
