Student Job (f/m/x) - Cash Management International (20-25 h/week)

The Payments & Value Added Services team is part of the Cash Management Tribe. We are an agile team consisting of people form Business and IT working on business applications and services to deliver superior customer experience to our customers. 
 

Your tasks / your responsibilities 

• You support us by the setup and ongoing management of our internal IT Process Framework (similar to ITIL) for our products and services and by that learn more about banking and application management 
• You work on a diverse range of activities to support the team with the day2day activities and participate in agile projects 
• You will get the opportunity take over ownership for small working packages 
• IT@RBI: you will work in an agile team and in an innovative environment on the pulse of time 

Your profile / your personality 

• Studies: you are enrolled in a study such as Business Administration, Informatics or similar 
• Interests: you have an interest in Information Technology, IT Service & Application Management and Business Analysis 
• Personality: you like working in teams, are open to new technologies/methods and adapt quickly to changing situations 
• Communication: you are fluent in English and you like to work in a team; German is a plus
• Skills: you have a high affinity to IT, very good knowledge of Office 365 tools. 
• Basic programming skills and Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) would be an advantage
