Student Job (f/m/x) - Department Compliance Governance & Controls (20-25h)

The department Compliance Governance & Controls is an organizational unit within the RBI’s Group Compliance division. We are responsible for the maintenance of the Compliance governance framework, it’s policies, strategy and tools, and the execution of group steering and controlling functions towards RBI Group entities. This includes the responsibility for RBI’s Group Compliance Training Framework.

These tasks are waiting for you

• You support Compliance governance processes such as reporting, controls assessments, Compliance risk assessments and you actively contribute to the Compliance Training and Awareness stream
• You support the roll-out of Minimum Compliance standards and Governance relevant controls rollout towards RBIs entities
• You support in compliance trainings operations & administration (RBI AG & RBI Group)
• You contribute to all activities around Compliance Training: e.g. developing, implementing and monitoring of training progress
• You contribute to Compliance Trainings Innovation topics
• You act as point of contact for basic learning management issues and resolution
• You collaborate with HR Learning management system on training matters and administration
• You support in information provision and coordination of requests from regulatory authorities (e.g. SREP, Onsite inspections)
• You learn to understand the setup of Compliance in RBI Group entities and to maintain the relevant entities within our Governance tool (ARCHER)

Your core competencies

• You are an active student
• Interest in Compliance governance/framework, operational risk management or similar
• Proficiency in MS applications (Power Point, Word, Excel and SharePoint) and basic skills with data analysis and visualization in Excel
• Very good knowledge of English
• Structured working approach and distinct analytical skills
• High level of initiative and perseverance
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and reliability
