Student Job (f/m/x) - Email Marketing (20-25h/week)
We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Email Marketing to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign management, and data-driven marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to ongoing initiatives through operational and administrative support.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Support the preparation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Assist in coordinating campaign requirements, including audience selection and content preparation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Help with the creation and adaptation of HTML email templates, ensuring proper display across different email clients and devices.
- Support A/B testing setups and help track performance of subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Assist in monitoring campaign metrics and preparing reports and summaries for the team.
- Support the segmentation of email lists based on predefined criteria and customer data.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant email marketing regulations and internal guidelines.
- Conduct research on email marketing trends and best practices to support the team.
Your core competencies
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Initial knowledge or strong interest in email marketing and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to work with data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
