Student Job (f/m/x) - Employee Experience and Employer Branding (25h/week)

Join our international People Strategy Team!  

 

We are looking for a student to support our efforts in shaping the candidate and employee experience. You’ll work on topics such as Employer Branding, Diversity, Career Growth, and Employee Engagement, all while contributing to a team committed to making a positive impact.

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Create welcoming experience for candidates and employees by co-organizing career fairs and onboarding events
  • Contribute to creating content for our digital channels, including our career website, LinkedIn and internal platforms
  • Help launch surveys and analyze data to obtain insights and identify areas for improvements  
  • Contribute to processes enhancements through reviewing workflows and implementing automation solutions  
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth team operations
  • Design presentations with compelling data visualization for various stakeholders and workshops
  • Conduct research on specific topics and share your findings in presentations and discussion sessions

 

 


Your core competencies:

 

  • You are a bachelor’s or master’s student with at least one year left until graduation
  • You are fluent in English and have at least B2 level of German. Our team works in English, but speaking and reading in German will be necessary for some tasks
  • You are skilled at creating polished slides, graphs, and SharePoint pages
  • You enjoy copywriting and have a good eye for designing flyers and other visual content. Knowledge of JIRA is a plus
  • You enjoy planning and organizing events and can improvise when unexpected situations arise.
  • You are proactive and take full responsibility for your tasks while contributing to the team’s goals
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality work and feel comfortable challenging ideas to make them even better
