Student Job (f/m/x) - GIS Group Product & Business Architecture (20-25 h/week)
The Group Investor Services (GIS) division of RBI covers the entire securities services value chain, starting with brokerage and continuing through the safekeeping of assets, managing all related asset serving activities such as corporate actions, income and tax management and additionally offers fund administration for asset managers. The department of Group Product & Business Architecture is responsible for the entire GIS Group Product Portfolio and Vision, leading the development, implementation and innovation of all GIS products (Securities Brokerage, Custody and Fund Administration) for internal and external clients, resulting in a state-of-the-art GIS Group Business Architecture.

What will your working day look like?
- Participating in meetings with internal as well as external stakeholders for which you create and distribute documentation and presentation material
- Preparing data reports (e.g. based on client volumes & transactions) to support the management in making data-driven decisions
- Working in an innovative environment that encourages you to actively take part in pioneering initiatives
- Supporting the analysis of cross-functional banking processes in business and operations
- Contributing to the solution design and development of digital banking products
- Facilitating the interchange between other teams within RBI, such as Relationship Management, IT Delivery, Operations as well as with external Financial Institutions, Corporate Clients and Asset
- Management Companies
- Assisting in the administrative tasks of daily corporate life
We are looking for someone who is...
- Actively studying in Business Administration, Project Management or IT
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage but not mandatory
- Interested in the finance industry
- A team-oriented, proactive and dynamic personality
- An analytical and critical thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and other Office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- A curious person willing to gain new skills (e.g. data analytics & visualization, process modeling, etc.)
