Student Job (f/m/x) - GO IT! Academy (18-25 h/week)
GO IT! Academy is a group-wide initiative providing high quality development programs for all Raiffeisen Bank units in CEE. We are organizing workshops for more than 1000 participants in different learning programs in IT area each year.
We are looking for an active student starting as of February 2025 to support our team for 20 to 25 hours/week!
Your tasks
- Support management and logistics of online and on-site events:
- Support preparation of online classes
- Research and booking of on- site event locations (if required)
- On-site preparation of venue/meeting room (if required)
- Support in communication towards participants:
- Pre-workshop communication, incl. preparation of materials needed for workshop
- Moderation of online classes (welcome participants, closing of the sessions, provide recordings, etc.)
- Post-workshop communication, incl. follow ups and additional info requested
- Assistance in maintaining online collaboration room – keeping up to date materials accessible for all participants
- Support in other administrative tasks on demand
Your core competencies
- Active studies in economics/IT or similar
- Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
- Flexible team player with interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details
- Very good organizational and administrative skills
- Ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
