Student Job (f/m/x) - Global Investor Gate (25 h/week)
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of finance and technology? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Global Investor Gate (GIG) product team as a Student Support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our team and learn how to work in a fully agile environment.

Working hours: 25h/week
Place of employment: 1030 Vienna
Your mission at RBI
- You support to provide GIG specific KPIs for Security
- You assist testers and developers in their daily work.
- You troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
- You collaborate with the GIG team to improve user experience and address user feedback.
- You respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on platform usage.
- You support the Product Owner Team with the documentation and the backlog management
Your core competencies
- You are currently enrolled in a Business or IT-related degree program
- Interest in finance, investments, or related fields
- You have first experience in Programming – best Java or Angular
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle user inquiries and provide clear instructions
- You are detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You have very strong MS Office knowledge and bring familiarity with digital platforms
