Your role with us on the team: 

• Support designing the layouts for various platforms, including online and offline campaigns, websites, social media channels, newsletters, brochures, product sheets, reports, and others
• Support the creative process within the brand & content marketing department
• Support optimizing and automating mechanical tasks to improve efficiency
• Support the team using the latest AI tools on the creative field 
• Support on photography retouching and color correction 
• Support maintaining digital assets on our digital asset management platform 
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group to ensure project success in creative workflows 

Does the following apply to you? 

• You are enrolled at a university or creative faculty related to the marketing industry 
• You speak English fluently. If you understand German that's a plus
• You are interested in learning and working on creative processes, such as designing communication pieces for international campaigns 
• You are interested in brand communication, campaigns, print and online materials, and brand identity
• You are eager to learn design-related softwares, such as Figma and Adobe CC

Nice to have 

• You bring in one more interest related to a creative role, such as motion design capabilities, photography knowledge or AI interest 
• You are interested in video productions and want to learn necessary skills to support the videographers in the team
