Student Job (f/m/x) - Group CIB Strategy & Experience Design (20 -25 h/week)

As a Student Support team member, you'll get hands-on experience by assisting with analyzing data, market research and benchmarking and helping to organize key projects. These Tasks are waiting for you:
- Support with maintaining and regularly updating dashboards to support sales initiatives, financial performance monitoring (in Power BI and Excel)
- Assist in preparing data extracts, data structuring and analyzing from various sources to support project-related analysis, management requests and ad-hoc analysis
- Support with the preparation of presentations with clear and concise data visualizations and charts (in Power Point, Think Cell)
- Support with meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Support with conducting research and analysis of distinct fields for project purposes (e.g., peer & competition or market research)
What you bring to the table:
- You are actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences (applied mathematics, economics, finance etc.)
- Proficient English skills (written and spoken) and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel (incl. creating and customizing pivot tables, confident use of formulas - e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power Point, presenting data clearly and aesthetically to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Python or R. Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
- First experience with Power BI (understanding of data model structure, experience with creating visuals, understanding of data refresh process, knowledge of Power Query editor, DAX)
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions to support decision-making based on the data
- Good understanding and usage of AI tools in daily tasks
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
