Student Job (f/m/x) - Group CIB Strategy & Experience Design (20 h/week)
You will join the Group CIB Strategy & Experience Design team at RBI, working at the intersection of strategy and Customer Experience (CX). The role will primarily support CX topics, including international surveys, client insights, data analysis, and transformation initiatives.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Support in the preparation and execution of Customer Experience surveys across RBI and network banks
- Support with structuring, cleaning, and analyzing survey and client data
- Support for preparing management-ready presentations and summaries based on CX insights
- Support in consolidating and structuring qualitative customer feedback (e.g. interviews, surveys)
- Support CX initiatives and cross-market projects
- Support stakeholder communication, coordination, and reporting activities
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support across ongoing CX projects
Your core competencies
- Actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences in applied mathematics, economics, finance, or a related field
- Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (incl. creating and customizing pivot tables, confident use of formulas)
- Initial experience working with larger datasets or dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- First experience with Power BI (understanding of data model structure, experience with creating visuals, understanding of data refresh process, knowledge of Power Query editor, DAX)
- Nice to have: First exposure to data environments such as Databricks or APEX, SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
- Independence, structure, and eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges
