We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Group IT Strategy & Governance team in a Student Support role, focusing on Communication and Collaboration. This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT & marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Starting date: April 2026
Working hours: 20-25 h/week
Location: Vienna

These tasks are waiting for you:

• Assistance for the Group IT Product Owner for Collaboration with day-to-day operational responsibilities across diverse communication channels, including Sharepoint Page, Viva Engage, and MS Teams.
• Composing and distribution of monthly newsletters for Group IT Division.
• Developing and reporting on main KPIs in the communication channels.
• Support in event organization and coordination.
• IT@RBI: you will work in an informal but professional team and in an innovative environment on the pulse of time.

Your core competencies:

• Studies: Preference for candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication or marketing.
• Interests: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Confluence & Jira , and beneficial to know Power BI and  the Adobe creative cloud application.
• Personality: Excellent Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Open Minded, Creative, Team Player
• Communication: Fluent in English. Having good understanding of German is a plus.
