Student Job (f/m/x) - Hybrid Event Service (15 h/week)
As part of Technology Office, the Modern Collaboration team is responsible for enabling hybrid work for all business areas. Our mission is to cultivate and boost the digital work experience for our colleagues.
The Hybrid Event Service is an internal offering to help our users facilitate events in Microsoft Teams. The team is supporting internal hybrid events that use Microsoft Teams Town halls and Meetings in high profile situations.
In a working environment where hybrid meetings and events have become the new normal, we are supporting our colleagues both from the technical and organizational point of view. Our events include all sorts of formats: from panel discussions and Board Member updates to award ceremonies and workshops.

Your role in the team
- Play a part in an inhouse service for delivering hybrid event productions
- Assist colleagues from all business units in planning, preparation and execution of live video productions and hybrid events
- Support the team in exploring new video production technologies
What you bring to the table
- Ongoing studies in IT, Media/Film or other relevant subjects
- You are tech-savvy, with basic understanding of hardware and software of hybrid events
- Structured approach to work to organize yourself and the event service, experience in event organization is a plus
- Strong team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, proficient German
- Proactiveness and initiative, independent and result-oriented attitude, strong commitment and motivation
