Student Job (f/m/x) - IT Operational Excellence/ITPF Controls (20-25 h/week)

The IT Operational Excellence department drives standardization, optimization and consolidation on strategic level across the RBI Group wherever appropriate. The department also takes over the responsibility of a retained organization towards RBI’s main infrastructure and hosting partner Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG (R-IT).

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Learn and work in an agile environment, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the IT-wide IT Process Framework and IT Controls Framework
  • Assist in ongoing management activities (e.g., status reporting, monitoring, follow-ups)
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders and support their implementation of IT Process Framework and IT Controls Framework
  • Conduct quality checks on different levels of IT service-related documentation

 

 

 

Your core competencies: 

 

  • You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences - preferably Business Management, Risk Management or similar and have an affinity for IT
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • You are interested in Governance topics
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, especially Excel)
  • You are communicative and open minded
  • You have a high level of commitment, self-organization and pro-activeness
  • You have experience with Teams, Jira, Confluence, PowerAutomate, and Power BI (beneficial but not mandatory)
