Student Job (f/m/x) - IT Operational Excellence/ITPF Controls (20-25 h/week)
The IT Operational Excellence department drives standardization, optimization and consolidation on strategic level across the Group wherever appropriate. The department also takes over the responsibility of a retained organization towards RBI’s main infrastructure and hosting partner Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG (R-IT).

Your mission at RBI
- Support with quality assurance of IT Control designs and
- Guide service responsibles through IT Control tool handling
- Maintain a Sharepoint and its repositories and assist with access management
- Create and maintain training slides to support in onboarding of new services to the Process Framework
- Support of ongoing IT Control Reviews
- Collaborate with Process Experts to keep the Process Framework up to date and compliant with internal and external regulations
Your core competencies
- You are in advanced studies of business informatics (or similar) and have a high affinity for IT
- You have very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Your are interested in Governance topics
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Sharepoint, especially Excel)
- You are communicative and open minded
- You have a high level of commitment, self-organization and pro-activeness
- Previous Power BI experience is of advantage (not a must)
