Student Job (f/m/x) - Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Management (20 h/week)
Collaboration is a key element for agile software delivery. To foster close co-operation within delivery teams, we provide a comprehensive collaboration platform for RBI Group. In the center is Atlassian Jira Software, which visualizes and manages your tasks. Tightly connected, is a wiki for documentation and knowledge sharing. But it’s not only about providing tools, but also to live and learn the agile way of working.
We are looking for a talented student (f/m/x) to support our team!
At a glance:
- Starting date: as soon as possible
- Working hours: 20h/week
- Location: Vienna
Your role with us on the team
- Be part of an international team, which takes care of RBIs collaboration platform
- Assistance in serving as first point of contact for delivery teams and help the team members in adapting their Jira Projects, Create new Projects or Spaces
- Support implementing automation scripts to provide a first-class self-service platform
- Support in operating a high-end platform in the Cloud (AWS)
- Get to know agile delivery on a big scale
This job is made for you, if...
- You are an active student with a focus on Informatics, IT, or related fields
- You have a good command of English, German is also highly appreciated
- You have basic programming skills (Java, Groovy preferred) and a basic understanding of infrastructure and operations is a plus
- You enjoy working in a setting where different cultures and perspectives come together
- You bring an open-minded, proactive, and solution-driven attitude
- You are an outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal skills
