Student Job (f/m/x) - Reporting, Design & Digital Operations - Operations Platforms (20-25 h/week)
Our Operations Platforms team works on the modernization and continuous improvement of core banking systems across RBI Group to enable efficient and reliable banking operations. As a working student, you will gain practical experience in various business and IT topics within an international environment.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and simple data analyses
- Help prepare clear, well-structured, and visually appealing presentations, content, and internal communication materials
- Assist with IT Service Management operations topics and day-to-day administrative support activities
- Contribute to smaller process automation improvements using simple scripts, workflow support, and modern AI/LLM tools
- Support software testing activities, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up of test results
Your core competencies
- Active studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Curiosity and first practical interest in working with modern AI and large language model tools
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving smaller tasks and questions
- Very good English and German communication skills
- Reliable, well-organized, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
- A good eye for detail and design, especially when creating clean and appealing PowerPoint slides
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
