Student Job (f/m/x) - Sales & Growth (25 h/week)

The Sales & Growth Team is part of RBI's Payments & Daily Banking and takes care of expanding the existing business line of merchant acquiring and improvement of profitability. If you are an active student looking to gain practical experience in the dynamic payments industry while working in an international banking environment, we would love to hear from you.

These tasks are waiting for you

• Support the Sales & Growth team with administrative and operational activities
• Assist with reconciliation and data maintenance tasks
• Support the onboarding of new clients by:
  • Checking the completeness of received information and documentation
  • Filling in relevant forms
  • Forwarding documents to the responsible internal departments
  • Tracking onboarding progress
  • Supporting communication with clients
• Provide support in ongoing projects within the merchant acquiring business

Your core competencies

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• You are fluent in German and English
• You enjoy working with data and have good Excel skills
• You are interested in the payment industry and how to optimize operational processes with the help of AI
• You feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• You have an easy-going personality and the confidence to follow up on open requests with colleagues and external stakeholders
