The DCA (the A stands for Avengers) team is on a mission to transform RBI’s digital marketing and grow our customer base. From mobile marketing and digital campaigns to product marketing and social media, our natural habitat is the digital universe. With our organic social media content, we follow a longterm brandbuilding approach and you have the chance to actively shape it.

Your role with us on the team
- Support the creation and publishing of organic social media content (including boosts) across multiple social media platforms
- Assist with Community Management by helping monitor comments and messages and engaging with our audiences
- Help produce platform‑specific content, with a strong focus on video formats
- Take part in on‑camera appearances for selected video content
- Research current social media trends and topics to keep us ahead of the curve
- Support our Social Media Community across CEE
- Support the reporting on social media activities and share insights with all stakeholders
- Work with passion to generate reach, create impact and drive engagement
- Contribute to our long-term brand building strategy through organic content

This job is made for you, if…
- You are actively studying at a University in Marketing, Digital Business, Business Administration, Media or Communications
- You speak German fluently and your English is strong enough to perfect it in an international environment
- You can reliably work at least 4 days per week within your 25h schedule
- You enjoy creating content tailored to each platform and feel comfortable in front of the camera
- You are actively using social networks and want to work on them also within the business context
- AI matters to you, and you actively look for ways to use it effectively in your daily work
- You have very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and feel comfortable with various IT tools and applications
- You are proactive, work independently and bubble over with ideas and creativity
- You thrive on teamwork, seek personal growth in an international environment and are up for a joke
