You will join a diverse, internationally minded Sustainable Finance team—the business side of sustainability—where we integrate ESG considerations into financial products, investments, and strategic opportunities. We support business units with ESG expertise, help shape responsible financial decisions, and identify new opportunities that create both impact and future business value.

These tasks are waiting for you: 

  

  • Dive into desktop research: explore market trends, check out what competitors are doing, and help us understand the bigger picture  
  • Create great presentations: turn complex topics into clear, engaging slides and reports for different stakeholders  
  • Support with data & content: help keep our information organized and contribute to high‑quality materials  
  • Get involved in key moments: assist in preparing documents for management meetings, workshops, and events  
  • Work on cool projects: collaborate with the team on various internal initiatives and bring your ideas to the table 

 

  

    

We are looking for someone who: 

  

  • is an active student in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a similar field (Uni/FH)  
  • enjoys digging into research and can turn complex topics especially competitor insights into clear, well‑structured presentations  
  • communicates confidently, both in writing and when speaking  
  • has a knack for organizing and writing, whether it‘s articles, blogs, or newsletters  
  • is creative, proactive, and adaptable, and likes coming up with new ideas in a dynamic environment  
  • feels at home in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel  
  • is a team player, but is also great at working independently when needed  
  • has strong English; German or a CEE language is a nice plus
