Student Job (f/m/x) - e.Hive Rollout and Tribe Organisation (20 -25 h/week)
e.Hive is a platform which takes care of data consolidation and integration of domain related data across RBI Group (be it in BDM or domain related taxonomy). e.Hive provides near real time or batch mode data collection including critical capabilities for reliable and efficient data operations and innovation (e.g. quality assurance, state of the art development and deployment procedures, event based monitoring and control ...).

These tasks are waiting for you
- Support the Delivery Manager with financial controlling and reporting activities
- Coordinate tribe operations, governance, and administrative tasks
- Organize team events, workshops, tribe meetings, and social activities
- Schedule meetings, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions
- Create and maintain Jira tasks and Confluence documentation
- Manage and continuously improve the tribe knowledge base
- Standardize, update, and support the creation of presentation materials
- Support communication with network units (NWUs), including reminders, follow-ups, and status checks
- Support coordination, documentation, and progress monitoring across initiatives
Your core competencies
- Actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences in applied mathematics, economics, finance, or a related field
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), German skills are a plus
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (incl. creating and customizing pivot tables, confident use of formulas)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills and structured way of working
- Independence, structure, and eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges
