Student Job (f/m/x) - e.hive Rollout Support (20-25 h/week)
e.Hive is a platform which takes care of data consolidation and integration of domain related data across RBI Group (be it in BDM or domain related taxonomy). e.Hive provides near real time or batch mode data collection including critical capabilities for reliable and efficient data operations and innovation (e.g. quality assurance, state of the art development and deployment procedures, event based monitoring and control ...)
To support our team responsible for e.Hive, we are looking for a motivated student!

What you can expect
- Provide administrative support to the team such (e.g. meetings scheduling, meeting minutes generation, drafting of outcome summaries and material distribution to stakeholders)
- Maintain existing team materials and assist in creating new materials for stakeholder meetings to facilitate clear communication
- Support backlog maintenance and updates to ensure sufficient work distribution, progress tracking and dependency management
- Communicate with subsidiaries through reminders, follow-ups clarifications, and status check-ins to keep rollout activities on track
- Support tracking and collecting project deliverables to support the smooth execution of project streams
- Document progress in defined tools to monitor project development and meet target requirements
Your core competencies
- Ongoing studies in business administration or business informatics preferred
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Administrative Tools (MS Office, SharePoint) to support your team in Managing Projects
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in AGILE work environment and methodologies is an advantage
- Open and eager to work in a close cooperation with IT and Business Teams
- Excellent social competencies, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible working hours and onsite presence
